Join us at Brew Creek Center, In Whistler British Columbia.
January 9th-13th 2026
A long weekend to rest the urge to strive. To stop reaching, fixing, or becoming, and instead learn to receive.
Over 5 days and 4 nights Carolyn and Sarah will share practices and reminders that have guided them along their journeys of “undoing,” offering tools to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your own vitality.
Through meditation, gentle movement, reflection, and shared quiet, we’ll nourish what already lives within us. This is a time for deep listening, quiet dreaming, and remembering that nothing is missing. Come as you are. Let this be your place of rest—a circle of women returning to what’s true and whole within.
Carolyn will guide slow yoga classes, cathartic breathwork + sound journeys and workshops for unpacking old, worn-out narratives of grief and guilt, supporting your nervous system, and creating space for deep restoration.
Sarah will offer heart-led talks exploring the beauty and challenge of being human, and a flow writing workshop that invites reflection, creative expression, and a renewed sense of trust in yourself and the path you’re on.
Together, we’ll immerse ourselves in the stillness of the snowy winter landscape, reconnect with quiet, and renew through AIKA’s signature sauna sessions and cold plunge therapy. Each day blends movement, meditation, journaling, and reflection, giving you space to simply listen, receive, and restore. Evenings are warm and nourishing, with hearty vegetarian meals, snacks and shared community.

About Brew Creek:
The deep sense of serenity at Brew Creek sets in the minute you cross the bridge onto the exclusive 20-acre private property—an oasis of rainforest and ferns, cozy nooks and meandering contemplation paths, and colourful gardens bursting with bright blooms and fragrant herbs. If transformation is going to happen, it’s going to happen here. That’s because of the seclusion and privacy, and because all the spaces are sustainably designed to be stunning and inspiring, and seamlessly connected to nature. This intentionally crafted environment allows guests to cut out distractions and tap into creative thinking, making any corporate venture that much more successful. It is different here. Minutes from Whistler, British Columbia, and miles away from it all.
Our space for intentional connection is The Gathering. With a Zen-meets-Frank Lloyd Wright vibe, this is Brew Creek’s crown jewel—an exquisite, cathedral-like space. Designed for deep-thinking sessions and focused practices, The Gathering at Brew Creek demands attention with its vaulted post-and-beam ceiling, hushed acoustics and forest backdrop melding the inside and outside worlds. Flooded with natural light, it overlooks a moss and fern garden.
Our accommodations are diverse, distinctive and filled with character—whether it’s a wood cabin, upstairs lodge perch or one of our new rooms made of handsome reclaimed wood and recycled materials. Each is furnished tastefully in contemporary West Coast style with classic, unfussy touches.

Location:
Brew Creek is accessible, yet very private. We’ve also got lots of space. Nestled in the temperate rainforest of cedar, fir, spruce and ferns, The Brew Creek Centre is set on private land just off the scenic Sea to Sky Highway overlooking the glaciers and fjords of Howe Sound. We are a 1.5-hour drive north of Vancouver, two hours from the airport, and 15 minutes south of Whistler, an all-season, world-renowned alpine resort.
